Self-Healing Training  

MeditationSelf Thai Massage
Self induced massage to help oneself. Physical therapy utilizing positions such as Yoga, Ascetics and Twisting Exercises; Exercise; and using materials such as coconut shells.

Self Healing Breathing
Heal and energize yourself with therapeutic breathing exercises.

Self Spine Massage (Self Chiropractic)
Basic treatment for yourself using a 1.5-meter wooden stick. Disease is attributed to dysfunction of the nervous system. This can be offset by therapeutic spinal massage which can restore normal function of the body's structures.

The key to eliminating stress.

Remark: The self healing techniques can be applied without the need for professional massage. Self healing enables you to extend your capabilities, without the need for conventional medical treatments.
