Tham Pha Puang Forest Park

Located in Ban Dong Lan, in the Chum Phae district, about 120 km from Khon Kaen on the Khon Kaen -Chumpae Highway, this sizeable and remarkable cave was made a national forest park on October 1, 1974. With a total area of over 3,125 rai, Tham Pha Puang is home to an immense limestone cave containing a large stalactite, set amidst lush, natural green surroundings. Visitors to the park are recommended to prepare food and drinks, however, because none are available on the premises.
