Nam Nao National Park

Nam Nao National ParkWidely reputed as one of the most scenic and beautiful of Thailand's National Parks, Nam Nao National Park covers an area of over 1000 sq km, and boasts a wide variety of wildlife, vegetation, and topography, as well as some truly magnificent vistas. Nam Nao also offers a decent system of hiking trails, affording visitors excellent views of several waterfalls and the park's highest peak, Phu Phaa Jit (1271 m). Overnight camping is permitted, and there are also bungalows run by the Forestry Department and tents for hire.
