Right
on Sukhumvit, between Soi 13 and Soi 15, Bill's is a good
place to watch passersby. You can get coffee, but many patrons
prefer to nurse a beer with a meal of good thai food, New
York style pizza or delicious hamburgers. Unlike places in
the interior of Clinton Plaza, it is a place where farang
women can be comfortable. There is music, but it is not too
loud for conversation, and the place is usually pretty crowded
with an interesting mixture of Thai people and westerners.
