Saxophone,
located near the Victory Monument, has specialized in jazz
& blues for more than a decade. It is rightly considered
one of the city's die-hard institutions for the jazz and blues
crowds.
The
spacious two-storey country-style place offers rock and pop
as well as the blues-jazz staples of yesteryear. Live bands
kick off every night from 9.30 pm until closing time around
2.00 or 3.00 am. The longstanding performers here include
T-Bone and the Bangkok Blues Band.
Good
Thai food is available at fair prices as well as pool and
a relaxing seating area on the second floor. Equally popular
among Thais, expats and visitors. Located right beneath the
Victory Monument BTS station.
