As
you enter Kosu Mosu Karaoke Lounge you will see a long cabinet
jammed with half empty bottles of Chivas Regal, each with
a piece of masking tape on which is written, in English, the
name of one of the Japanese clients of the place.
If
you are not Japanese, that entryway is about as far as you
will get before you are rudely escorted from the premises.
You might get a glimpse of the dozen or so stylishly dressed
but not very friendly women sitting around the bar, but you
will certainly never make it upstairs where the real entertainment
takes place. The prices are even higher at Kosu Mosu than
at the other rather expensive hostess bars on Soi 33, but
at least the clients don't have to mix with the "gaijin"
(western barbarians).
