International Beer Bar a place where many revelers start or
end their escapades on Soi Cowboy. Located just across Soi
23 from Old Dutch (see
Map) it attracts a crowd of regulars who meet there nearly
every day to knock back an imported brew and swap tales with
the other expatriates who live or work in the Sukhumvit area.
