Tilac Go Go Bar

The Tilac is the go-go bar for the discerning gentleman. It is well managed, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and most of the bikini clad girls dancing on the wrap-around stage are gorgeous. The hostesses are friendly and not pushy. If you just want to buy a drink and watch the dancers, that is fine. You can buy them a 'lady drink' if you want to, but they won't badger you for one.

Body painting under the ultra-violet lights is just one of the activities that add interest to Tilac. Many Soi Cowboy regulars consider Tilac one of the tamer go go bars, but the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff make it one of the most enjoyable and entertaining ways to spend and evening on the Soi.

Tilac is open from 6 pm to 2 am, and during happy hour, which lasts until 8.30 pm, beer is only 55 to 60 baht. The price goes up to 80 baht later in the evening, but that is still cheaper than some other places. Lady drinks are also 80 baht.
