Khieo Open Zoo
Elephants,
gibbons, monkeys, deer and almost 100 other species of animals
roam around this huge unfenced wildlife preserve. Wildlife
which can not be kept at the overcrowded Dusit Zoo in Bangkok
live on more than a thousand acres in this zoo located in
Chonburi Province about 15 km south of the provincial capital
and 11 km west of the Bangphra market. The zoo is open from
8:00 am to 6:00 pm everyday, and a few bungalow accomodations
