Fantasea
 Phuket
Fantasea is a 140-acre nighttime cultural theme park at Kamala
Beach, about 9 km from Patong. This festival village offers
carnivals, games, handicrafts and shopping; a 4,000-seat restaurant
offering a grand buffet of Thai and international cuisine;
and a Las Vegas theatrical spectacular which utilizes high-tech
special effects to enhance Thailand's myths and culture. The
complex has a number of attractions to suit visitors of all
age groups:
Palace
of the Elephants: is a 3,000-seat theater with the latest
in audio-visual effects. The stage is fronted by a fabulous
reconstruction of a Sukhothai-era stone palace with intriguing
elephant statues. A Thai cultural show par excellence.
Fantasy
of a Kingdom: A Las Vegas-style spectacular combining
nine show themes. An unforgettable experience for visitors
of all ages and nationalities.
 Golden
Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant: Guests feast under the guardian
eyes of Kinnaree, the half-bird half-woman of Thai mythology.
In a mystical forest setting, visitors can indulge in Thai
and international delicacies, prepared by some of Thailand's
finest chefs.
Festival
Village: The fascinating Festival Village offers a unique
glimpse of architectural history as well as the opportunity
to shop at stalls selling all types of Thai handicrafts and
local products.
Iyara
Spectacular: An outdoor light, sound and dance spectacle,
the Iyara Spectacular incorporates giant laser projections,
animatronics, special effects and traditional fireworks.
 Other
attractions include games, plays and exciting surprises for
kids as well as traditional carnivals and live music, handicraft
demonstrations, and cultural parades and street shows.
Phuket
Fantasea is open 17.30-23.30 daily except Tuesdays. Arrive
before 18.30 for the show & buffet, or before 19.30 for
the show only.
