Rich
in various species of flora, fauna and wild animals, Khlong
Yan Wildlife Sanctuary covers an area of verdant forest. The
major place of interest within the sanctuary is Wiphawadi
Waterfall. The picturesque and beautiful waterfall is shady
with numerous huge plants and trees. Accommodation is available
at the sanctuary. One can make a reservation at Chief of Khlong
Yan Wildlife Sanctuary, Moo 8, Tambon Takut Tai, King Amphoe
Wiphawadi, Surat Thani 84180.
Khlong
Yan Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Wiphawadi Sub-District.
One can take Highway 41 for 45 km and then make a left turn
for another 26 km to Wiphawadi Sub-District. Continue along
the road about 10 km, and turn right for 8 km further.
