People say KFC is bad, Mc Donald's is bad, but let's see if Thai food is good for your health.

Steamed chicken = good
KFC Fried chicken = oil = bad

steamd fish= good
Todmun (fried fish with spices and vegies) = good?
Fried insects = good?'
Fried snapper (or some other fished) covered with sweet and sour sauce, chilli sauce or some other sauce. = good?

If chicken is good for you, when fried it's bad how is it different when it comes to insects, or fish?

---------------------------
bigmac = grilled (with oil) beef and buns= bad?
french fries = fried potato = bad

Gouytord = fried bananas = good?
Taohood tord = fried tofu = good?
Rice = tons of carbs , high calories = good?
---------------------------

avocado = high calroeis = bad

thai fruit= good?

jackfruit = high calories = good?
magoes = high calroeis = good?
durean = ultra high calories= good?
small thai banans= high calories= good?

THINK AGAIN!

Well..... If you put the bad examples like that, who can say those are good? Food in any nations is both bad and good. It just depends you know how to pick something good for you. If you're health-concerned person, you should know what to pick. I depends on your eating favorite as well.

All in all, I believe that Thai foods give you various choices! Razz
